Rénovation et aménagement d’une ancienne cave à vin de 500m2 transformée en résidence artistique avec une partie habitation dédié à accueillir la propriétaire et sa famille en résidence secondaire. Ce projet a une visée sociale et culturelle puisqu'il s'agit de redynamiser ce village de l'Aude délaissé petit à petit par ses habitants au fil des années. Cet espace accueillera diverses activités et aura fonction de tiers lieu valorisant les ressources aussi bien de par les activités initiés à la Résidence que par le projet architectural qui s’engage à composer avec les matériaux et savoir-faire de la région.

Projet en cours de réalisation dans la région de l’Aude

Renovation and conversion of a 500m2 former wine cellar into an artistic residence with a living area dedicated to welcoming the owner and her family as a second home. The project has a social and cultural purpose, as it aims to revitalise this village in the Aude region, which has been gradually abandoned by its inhabitants over the years. The space will host a variety of activities and will act as a third place, enhancing the value of resources both through the activities initiated at the Residence and through the architectural project, which is committed to using local materials and know-how.
